I was here for 1 day and will definitely go again next time. This quaint hotel was really impeccably clean. The property was in an incredible location, right in the centre of the lovely town of Moffat. What's more, it was so close to Nature as well as the Scottish highlands for Christmas. The staff were knowledgeable and lively too.

We recommend it to others for one night. The venue is immaculately clean, the staff is genuinely helpful. Its location close to the heart of Moffat is absolutely perfect. Great nearby places include Annandale Arms Restaurant, we usually had drinks there.

Whole place was fairly clean with exceptionally good views; great and lovely location on the square outside. Double room had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Overall it was spotlessly clean with easy access to southern scotland's attractions.

Reasonably clean and the staff was very attentive. The food was great and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The room I got was good-sized and newly decorated, complete with firm bed, amazing Scottish breakfast, as for instance, liked it.

Recently decorated and nicely refurbished room with a perfect view out over the hills from the window.

All the services were very good. The breakfast was generous and very tasty with waffles and gluten free options, for instance and the restaurant food was good.

The absolutely friendly staff working throughout the hotel. Large unit with an extremely modern decor. Good service and comfortable bedrooms.

The hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect position just off Moffat which is a charming place to visit, the centre of the lovely town and bar / restaurant.

The bed was great, the room was decent size and brand-new with a great shower.

The location of this hotel is incredible, with its close proximity to nature and the center of Moffat. The restaurant is also a great feature, providing convenience for guests. The staff is reasonably good, and the hotel is conveniently situated in the center of Moffat, with the added bonus of free parking available on the square outside. The building itself is quite beautiful, and the rooms offer a very comfortable bed.

The location was marvellous and easy, for example, Annandale Way Trailhead was within walking distance of the hotel. My newly remodelled and cosy room had a spotless bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.
